Returns

  • The buyer has 14 calendar days to return the product, following the instructions indicated by the Customer Service Department. You can contact us by email at soporte@kulldesign.com.
  • Payments and refunds are made in the last fortnight of the month and the first fortnight of the following month. Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the return cannot be accepted due to it not conforming with the specified conditions, the user will not have the right to receive a refund for the amounts corresponding to the returned products. However, the user may request the collection of said product(s) not accepted for return within a period of 24-72 hours. In this case, the user will assume the new cost of shipping from the Kull Design warehouse. If the user rejects this possibility, Kull Design reserves the right to retain the affected products as well as the corresponding amount paid.
  • Kull Design reserves the right to refuse returns under the conditions described in this section and the general Terms and Conditions, specifically:
    • When the refund request is sent outside the period of 14 calendar days.
    • When the order is received in our stores outside the period of 14 calendar days.
    • When the item is not returned with its original packaging and box, or if it is unsealed, opened, without labels, in poor condition, or has been assembled or used. Images of the packages/boxes must be sent to the returns department to be forwarded to the warehouse who will then determine whether or not to accept the return depending on the state in which it’s found. We cannot process the incidentwithout photographs.
    • When the product has been especially manufactured, custom-made or customised with a specific colour or upholstery for the client.
    • Returns will not be accepted for any product from the Outlet Section.

Faulty items

  • It is the duty of each buyer to thoroughly inspect the purchased items as soon as they are received at the delivery address.
  • When a buyer is aware that the packaging is damaged, it must be noted on the delivery note or the carrier should be informed in writing, with a photograph being taken for the record.
  • When a buyer becomes aware of any damage or defect after opening the packaging, or if the goods are faulty or do not correspond to the order, then the buyer must notify the Supplier by email at soporte@kulldesign.com within 24 hours of the date of collection by the buyer or, if later, the date of delivery by a third party carrier. If the buyer does not do so, then they will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
  • The buyer must keep the original packaging and boxes. We ask that this be kept in mind as the Supplier will not otherwise address the buyer’s claim.
  • In the event that any of our products are delivered faulty, the buyer should contact us immediately by email to soporte@kulldesign.com and we will proceed to arrange for collection and replacement of the damaged or faulty goods through our carrier, with no additional cost to the buyer. The replacement goods will be collected and delivered to the delivery address indicated on the initial order invoice.
  • The supplier will examine the goods and determine whether the defect is the fault of the Buyer, the logistics agency or the Supplier. If the defect is the buyer’s fault, Kull Design reserves the right to refuse the request to change the goods. When the returned goods are found to be damaged due to actions made by the buyer, then the buyer will be responsible for the cost of repairing such damages.
  • When any fault lies with the Supplierwith regard to the goods sold, they will proceed to replace them with new products with identical features. This will usually be handled as soon as possible by the supplier, from the date when the buyer notifies the supplier of a defect. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund or compensation instead. Refunds and compensations are normally paid within 28 days of the date on which the buyer notifies the supplier of a defect. Any faulty product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer, and delivered within the specified time frame based on the stock levels of the product at that time.
  • Kull Design reserves the right to reject any type of incident based on the following:
    • When the incident is communicated to us outside the period of 14 calendar days to soporte@kulldesign.com.
    • When the buyer does not keep the original boxes and product packaging.
